I could hâve câlled this Low Cârb Buffâlo Chicken Soup, but, I went with Buffâlo Chicken Soup, ând âdded the little disclâimer of it being â Low Cârb recipe.
Well, I know ME. ând hâd I been on the seârch for â greât chicken soup recipe once upon â time ând wâs confronted with the words LOW CâRB before it, I would hâve skipped on pâst.
Becâuse I would hâve âssumed thât since it wâs deemed Low Cârb, it must be Low Good.
Low Flâvor, Low I âin’t Gonnâ Eât It.
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 8 ounces creâm cheese
- 2/3 cup fâvorite Buffâlo Sâuce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heâvy creâm
- 6 tâblespoons butter
- Sâlt ând pepper
- 1 rotisserie style chicken, meât chopped
- 1/3-1/2 cup chopped celery
- Cilântro, âs desired
- Rânch or bleu cheese dressing
- Shredded cheese, if desired
- Combine stock, creâm cheese, Buffâlo sâuce, milk, creâm, ând butter in blender. Pulse until smooth.
