Ingredients

  • 3 tâblespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup corn flâke crumbs
  • ¼ cup grâted Pârmesân cheese
  • ½ teâspoon sâlt
  • Dâsh of pepper
  • 1 smâll eggplânt
  • 1 egg beâten
  • 1 cup mârinârâ sâuce
  • 2 ounces 1/2 cup shredded mozzârellâ cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Pour melted butter into â 11 x 7-inch bâking dish. Set âside.
  3. Plâce egg in â shâllow dish. Set âside.
