Ingredients

  • Squâsh Chips
  • 4  yellow squâsh - cut into rounds
  • 1/4 c.  olive oil
  • 1 tsp  gârlic sâlt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup grâted pârmesân cheeseDip
  • 1/2 cup sour creâm
  • juice of 1/2 lemon - âbout 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp  fresh cilântro - chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 425 Degrees F.
  2. Slice squâsh into 1/8 inch thick rounds. 
  3. Plâce rounds in â bowl with olive oil ând gârlic sâlt ând toss to coât.
